How do I get matched?
Type how you're feeling and click "Find my person." Our system finds someone within seconds when others are online.
Why is it taking long to match?
Matching requires another person to be online at the same time. Try again in a few minutes — more people join throughout the day.
Can I be identified?
No. We don't collect your name, email, or any identifying information. You are an anonymous session token that expires in 24 hours.
What happens to my conversation?
Conversations live in temporary memory for 25 minutes. When the timer ends, the content is permanently deleted. We have no record of what was said.
I had a bad experience. What can I do?
Use the Report button inside any conversation — it feeds our automated safety and ban systems immediately. Email safety@xeres.tech for anything that needs a real person.
Is WHISPAR free?
Yes. Always.
