FAQ
Plain answers.
What is Whispar?
Whispar is an anonymous text chat for one stranger at a time. There is no account and no camera.
How does interest matching work?
Tags are optional. If someone waiting shares one of yours, you are paired with them. If nobody does, you get the next person in line. The chat says which of those happened.
Is the online number real?
Yes. It is the number of browsers that pinged Whispar in the last minute. Nothing is added to it. If the count cannot be loaded, it is left blank.
Are messages saved?
Typed messages are queued only long enough to deliver, then removed. Whispar does not keep a transcript of random chats.
Prefer a slower match based on how you feel? That is still here.
