Community Guidelines
WHISPAR exists for honest human connection. These guidelines exist to protect that.
You must be 18 or older.
Do not:
- — Share, request, or produce sexual content involving minors. Ever. Zero tolerance, immediate permanent ban, and any legally required evidence is preserved for law enforcement.
- — Harass, threaten, or target other users.
- — Use WHISPAR for spam, scams, or advertising.
- — Attempt to identify or stalk other users.
- — Share others' private information.
You may:
- — Talk about anything real.
- — Be anonymous.
- — Leave any conversation.
- — Report anything that feels wrong.
Repeated or serious violations result in an automatic ban, escalating up to permanent for repeat offenders. Because WHISPAR doesn't collect identity information, bans are tied to a technical signal (like a hashed network address) rather than a name or account.
