Whispar is operated by XERES Technologies Ltd. By using whispar.app you agree to these terms and to the community guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be 18 or older. The age question is a declaration you make. Do not use Whispar if you are under 18.

The service lets you chat, one person at a time, by text. Video is a direct browser connection. We can change, pause, or remove the service.

You are responsible for what you send. Do not use Whispar to break the law, to harm someone, or to bypass a ban. We may rate-limit, filter, disconnect, or ban a session or network when these terms or the guidelines are broken.

Whispar is not a crisis service, a medical service, or a moderated support line. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services. A chat stranger is not a counselor.

The service is provided as-is. We do not promise that you will be matched, that a conversation will go well, or that filters will catch every message. To the extent the law allows, XERES Technologies Ltd. is not liable for what another user says or shows you.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to XERES Technologies Ltd. If a sentence here is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
